2. Surgery Bookings
- Before admission: 10% deduction
- After admission: Charges depend on hospital policies
- Tests, treatments, and fees will be deducted
3. Health Plans
- 100% refund within 7 days
- Condition: No services used
4. Lab Tests
- 100% refund if canceled 24 hours before collection
- After that: ₹150 deduction
5. Failed Transactions
- Full refund to original payment method
- Refund processed within 7–10 working days
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated after verification. Delays may occur due to banking systems.
